In my role as the Service Delivery design lead and manager, my responsibilities cover the end-to-end user experience for our suppliers, partners, and internal operations teams.
As the sole designer, I led all aspects of Ejenta's service design including requirements gathering, user research, concept development, interaction design, visual design, and messaging. During my tenure at Ejenta, some of my key accomplishments include: launching two remote health monitoring pilots with Kaiser-Permanente, designing a fully responsive web app, and collaborating with linguists and engineers to create Alexa & Google Assistant voice prototypes.
Before Apple & Google Pay launched, Intuit was interested in exploring the mobile wallet landscape. The Design Innovation Group hired me as a consultant to help visualize mobile wallet possibilities and to then share this vision across the company.
In addition to this project, Intuit brought me on for two other engagements. One focused on research and ideation around tablet applications for small businesses, while the other was the design of their online banking tablet application.
Prior to to its official public launch & FDA approval, Proteus brought me on as a consultant to conduct an in-depth UX competitive analysis and to develop guiding product design principles based on my analysis and evaluation of industry best practices.
In collaboration with a team at Adaptive Path, I helped redesign the existing Walmart app to improve usability and better support the in-store shopping experience. I focused on the search and browse experience as well as the product & store detail views.
Disney wanted to help its users tell their own stories. They acquired a story creation iOS app and adapted it for their target audience. Subsequent user research surfaced many usability issues, raising concerns around product adoption. They brought me on to completely redesign the app from the ground up to help address these issues.
